Every watch, strap, accessory, and packaging is personally inspected by our quality control team before shipment, so you get the best possible product with every purchase.

We are so confident in our product that we offer a limited, 24-month warranty, backed by a 100% money back guarantee. We will either completely exchange your watch and accessories for a perfect model or provide a full refund. All we ask is that you return the product to us for inspection and quality control before receiving these benefits.

Our warranty program covers watches that prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Watches will be repaired or replaced free-of-charge, at the discretion of Six Speed Dials. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty services.

Any damages caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover the sapphire crystal glass, straps, or water damage (if caused by putting the watch in conditions beyond tolerance). Our products are covered by our warranty program if it has been damaged or blemished due to manufacturing defects.

All Six Speed Dials watches are water resistant up to 3 ATM or 100 feet. This does not mean it will withstand endurance swims, outdoor water sports, or prolonged submersion. Our watches are built to tolerate what life throws at you: rain, snow, washing your hands, grabbing a drink from a cooler- not GoPro-covered extreme sports.
