Returns and Exchanges
If you aren't satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Product needs to be sent back in the same condition it was delivered and we will only process refund once we receive the product.
We do not offer exchanges for any orders unless there was a defect or damage, in which case, we will exchange it for the same product or repair the product covered by our warranty program.
If the product was damaged or had a defect when delivered. Customer needs to provide evidence of damage or defect; customer will need to either send the product back or we will offer consultation on how to fix the issue and will reimburse the customer once they provide the receipt for the repair (this varies depending on the each case). Please refer to our warranty policy for more information about what is covered by us.
